Great to meet you!

I am dedicated to helping people find growth and healing so that they can experience all of the joy that life has to offer. Therapy is a journey and I feel honored to walk alongside someone on their path to whole-hearted living. I specialize in supporting clients experiencing addiction and trauma-related symptoms. Please note: I am only offering telehealth sessions via Zoom.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a variety of counseling approaches to support an individual in achieving their therapeutic goals, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), client-centered counseling, dialectical-behavioral therapy (DBT), brainspotting and IFS-based parts work. I offer individual therapy sessions, in which we will determine a goal and your unique treatment plan.

What you can expect from our first session

I offer free 15-minute phone consultations to determine if we would be a good fit. Taking the step to begin therapy is brave and I am here to support you and ease any anxiety regarding the process.
