I graduated from Arizona State University with a doctorate in behavioral health. I have provided counseling services for 12+ years in both mental health and addiction. I am also a NC clinical supervisor for both mental health and substance abuse counselors. I am licensed in both North and South Carolina as a mental health counselor and addictions specialistist.
I enjoy helping individuals find their own truths and happiness in life. I believe we have all of our answers within ourselves and it is my job to help you explore your own solutions and focus your strengths to reach your goals. My area of interest and experience is with individuals who have suffered from Anxiety, Depression, Substance Abuse issues, Career, parent/child relational conflicts, and more. I enjoy providing life coaching to assist people in reaching their highest potential.
