Great to meet you!

I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Reaching out for support takes courage, and my hope is that you will find this space to be one of safety, compassion, and healing.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Research Psychology with an emphasis on Integral Transpersonal Psychology. My approach is grounded in this integrative perspective, which explores how our consciousness and deeper sense of self connect to the human experience.

I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, OBGYN offices, jails, juvenile correction programs, veteran clinics, in-home therapy, schools, and private trauma practices. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many ways trauma and grief can shape lives, and the many paths to healing that are possible.

What I want you to know most is this: you do not have to go through this alone. Trauma, grief, and existential struggles can bring feelings of isolation, fear, or sadness, but together, we can gently move toward wholeness. For years, I’ve witnessed clients rediscover peace, strength, and connection within themselves, and it is my greatest passion to help guide that process.

I look forward to meeting you, learning your story, and supporting you as you step toward healing and completeness.

My approach to therapy

While I work with a wide range of mental health concerns, my heart and specialty lie in supporting adults (18 through end of life) who are navigating trauma and grief. Some of the challenges I work with most often include:

  • Near Death Experiences (NDEs) and Out of Body Experiences (OBEs)
  • Religious and spiritual trauma or grief
  • Fertility challenges
  • Postpartum and perinatal challenges

In addition, I am trained in Somatic Experiencing (SE) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)—powerful tools that, together with Transpersonal Psychology, support meaningful and lasting healing.

What you can expect from me

Beginning therapy can feel both hopeful and a little overwhelming, so I want you to know exactly what to expect in our first meeting. Our initial session is all about creating a safe and supportive space where you can share what brings you here. You don’t need to have all the words or a clear plan—just showing up is enough.

I’ll spend time getting to know you, listening to your story, and learning about your experiences, goals, and hopes for therapy. We’ll also explore what’s most important for you right now, whether it’s navigating trauma, grief, or other challenges you may be facing.

You’ll also have the opportunity to ask me questions about my background, approach, and the therapeutic tools I use, such as Somatic Experiencing, EMDR, and Transpersonal Psychology. Together, we’ll begin to design a path forward that feels comfortable, collaborative, and aligned with your needs.

My intention for the first session is simple: that you leave feeling heard, supported, and with a sense of relief that you no longer have to face this journey alone.
