Great to meet you!
I’m so glad you’re here, and I’m truly honored to walk alongside you on this journey. Reaching out for support takes courage, and my hope is that you will find this space to be one of safety, compassion, and healing.
I hold a Master’s degree in Psychological Counseling from Monmouth University and am currently pursuing a PhD in Research Psychology with an emphasis on Integral Transpersonal Psychology. My approach is grounded in this integrative perspective, which explores how our consciousness and deeper sense of self connect to the human experience.
I have had the privilege of working in a variety of settings, including psychiatric hospitals, OBGYN offices, jails, juvenile correction programs, veteran clinics, in-home therapy, schools, and private trauma practices. These experiences have deepened my understanding of the many ways trauma and grief can shape lives, and the many paths to healing that are possible.
What I want you to know most is this: you do not have to go through this alone. Trauma, grief, and existential struggles can bring feelings of isolation, fear, or sadness, but together, we can gently move toward wholeness. For years, I’ve witnessed clients rediscover peace, strength, and connection within themselves, and it is my greatest passion to help guide that process.
I look forward to meeting you, learning your story, and supporting you as you step toward healing and completeness.
