Great to meet you!

I’m glad you’re here. I view therapy as a transformative space where you are the author of your own narrative, and our work centers on helping you respond to life with intention rather than reaction. I specialize in anxiety, identity development, relationship dynamics, and life transitions, with a focus on how early patterns shape present behavior. My work integrates psychological science with meaning-making — because insight without application doesn’t create change. I’m deeply committed to helping you build a resilient, coherent identity that feels grounded and self-respecting.

My approach to therapy

My approach is evidence-based and integrative. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), strength-based frameworks, narrative therapy, and cognitive-behavioral principles. We examine the stories you’ve internalized, identify unhelpful patterns, and develop practical strategies to increase psychological flexibility — the ability to act according to your values even when emotions are uncomfortable. I use humor, metaphor, and direct feedback to make complex ideas accessible. Therapy with me is collaborative and active; we think rigorously, challenge distortions, and build durable coping skills rooted in compassion and accountability.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we clarify what brings you in, what you want to move toward, and what patterns may be holding you back. You can expect a thoughtful, non-judgmental environment where your experiences are taken seriously. At the same time, we begin building direction — identifying goals, values, and early action steps. Most clients leave with greater clarity, increased self-understanding, and a sense that change is both possible and structured.
