Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I received my Masters of Social Work from the University of Pittsburgh and completed my clinical training at UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital, STAR Clinic. I continued to grow my clinical skills and confidence during my time at Duke Behavioral Health. I specialize in working with teens and adults, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities—including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), mindfulness-based approaches, and trauma-informed care—to meet clients where they are.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in evidence-based practices and shaped by a deep respect for each individual’s unique history and experiences. Together, we explore how our past experiences influence our current cognitive, emotional and behavioral patterns and work on skills to cope, heal and evolve. Through this process, we uncover the origins of current struggles and identify new ways of understanding and relating to oneself and others.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, identity challenges, or simply feeling stuck, our work together will focus on building insight, resilience, and practical skills to support lasting change. This is a space for growth, healing, and creating a life worth living.
