Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Dr. Warren.

I believe therapy has the power to transform your beliefs, feelings, and relationships when you have the right support. It offers a deeper understanding of yourself, stronger relationships, and greater overall well-being — and often, the strength and resilience that come from working through pain are the most lasting gifts of the process.

I bring compassion, generosity, hope, humor, and a spiritual perspective to our work together. My goal is to create a space where fear has no room to grow and sharing feels natural — because seeking therapy is already an act of courage, and I celebrate that in every session.

My approach is built on honesty, self-discovery, empowerment, and accountability. Together, we'll work to shift your perspective and bring more relief and freedom into your life.

With a Doctorate in Social Work (DSW) and licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW, LCSW-C, LICSW), I bring a strong clinical foundation and a genuine commitment to your growth to every session.

My approach to therapy

My approach is integrated and strengths-based, which means our sessions are shaped around you — your history, your goals, and what actually works for your life. There's no one-size-fits-all template here; every session is designed to help you feel understood, valued, and equipped to move forward.

I work with a wide range of areas, including anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and PTSD; family and romantic relationships, sex and intimacy issues; life transitions and grief; anger management, ADHD, and learning disorders; spirituality and multicultural or diversity issues; and medical issues, including dementia care.

Whatever brings you to therapy, my goal is the same: to meet you where you are and help you get where you're going.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a starting point — a chance to be heard, without judgment. We'll talk through what's brought you to therapy, what you're hoping to get out of our work together, and any questions you have. There's no pressure to have it all figured out; we'll take it at your pace.

From there, we'll build self-awareness and clarity around your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, with practical tools tailored to your needs. You'll have a safe space to process past experiences, work through trauma or grief, and build emotional resilience — the foundation for lasting change.

Therapy is a transformative process. Over time, you can expect to feel more empowered, connected to your goals, and equipped to navigate life's challenges with greater self-compassion and purpose.
