Great to meet you!

I'm a licensed clinical psychologist with a Ph.D. from the Ferkauf Graduate School of Psychology at Yeshiva University, and I've spent my career working with people navigating some of life's most layered challenges including anxiety, trauma, personality disorders, and the complicated intersection of mental and physical health. I have a deep passion for working with older adults, and significant experience supporting people living with chronic pain and weight-related concerns. Whether you're carrying something you've never spoken out loud or struggling with something you feel you "should" be over by now, you're welcome here exactly as you are.

My approach to therapy

I practice evidence-based therapy guided by what the research shows works, but shaped entirely by who you are. A lot of what we explore together involves understanding how your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are connected, and identifying where that connection might be getting in your way. Rather than prescribing a fixed path, I work with you to uncover your own strengths and build practical strategies that fit your real life. My goal is to help you not just feel better, but actually function better in ways that are sustainable and meaningful, not just in the therapy room.

What you can expect from me

You don't need to arrive with the right words or a polished story, most people don't. In our first session, I'll take time to understand what brought you here, what your life looks and feels like day to day, and what you're hoping will be different. There's no checklist to rush through. I'm genuinely curious about you, and I'll follow your lead on what feels important to share. By the end of our time together, my aim is for you to leave feeling heard and with a clearer sense of what working together might look like.
