Great to meet you!

I’m a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner who provides warm, empowering, and direct care for adolescents, adults, and older adults. I work with concerns including anxiety, depression, ADHD, bipolar disorder, substance use, OCD, sleep difficulties, PTSD, maternal mental health, and relationship or family concerns. My goal is to create a space where you feel heard, respected, and comfortable being yourself.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and personalized. I use evidence-based approaches such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and solution-focused techniques to understand what you’re experiencing and identify practical ways forward. When appropriate, I also provide medication management, always considering your goals, preferences, and overall well-being.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity to slow down, talk openly about what brought you to care, and understand the concerns affecting your daily life. We’ll discuss your symptoms, history, goals, and what you hope to change. From there, we’ll work together to develop a treatment plan that feels realistic and aligned with your needs.
