Great to meet you!

Welcome, I am Josephine Volpe. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and Hawaii.

My approach and style are fluid, client centered approach utilizing humor in a non judgmental environment. I have extensive experience with supporting people who struggle with trauma, substance abuse, life transitions of all kinds. I am certified in the areas of domestic violence intervention, anger management, substance abuse and currently becoming a certified Brain Health Coach.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaboration of you and me. You have the answers inside of you, my role, as a therapist, is to support you in finding those answers by providing a non-judgmental, compassionate, truthful, authentic space.

What you can expect from me

Living in a world that is inside out, upside down and backwards can be exciting and totally overwhelming.

Finding our own voice and learning to tune into that. Learning your own process of life and how to intersect in a healthy way with others without losing your own identity.

Exploration of self and learning how to regulate emotions, responses and yet truly remain authentic to who you are. Even if you are not sure of who you are..thats part of the healing journey.
