I believe in fostering an authentic relationship with clients built on understanding, trust, and respect for you and your story. I draw from several therapeutic modalities, namely Internal Family Systems, Queer Theory, and Motivational Interviewing. I am a sex-positive therapist and especially interested in working with other members of the LGBTQ+ community, especially Trans folx.

My specialties include religious trauma, anxiety disorders, life transitions, LGBTQ+ related work, trauma work including EMDR, and somatic work. I work with adolescents to adults of all background, sexualities, and genders to work through life's difficulties and uncover new possibilities.

Together, we can uncover strength and authenticity while accepting your story as who you are and not a road-block to the life you desire.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, goal-oriented, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I focus on building a strong therapeutic alliance, using empathy and active listening to create a safe, nonjudgmental space for my clients. I tailor treatment to each individual’s needs, integrating modalities such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness to address both symptoms and underlying causes

What you can expect from me
