Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Therapist in MA and NH, I believe prioritizing mental health is key to happiness and stability in life. Seeking support can be one of the hardest steps. Congratulations on taking making it here! I’ve been practicing for over 15 years, seeing ages 5 to 70 years. I predominately focus in areas of Anxiety, Depression, Behavior and Trauma.

My approach to therapy

Everyone has a unique journey and deserves an individualized approach to care. When we work together, we will adapt an approach, plan and time line that works best for you. It’s important that we communicate openly and you feel respected. I’ll be there to listen, challenge, and support during the process.

What you can expect from me

I start with an introductory session, where you will have the opportunity to share your story and what you hope to achieve in therapy. Every situation and journey is unique. I create a supportive and safe environment that allows you to feel comfortable and engaged. Developing a plan and approach together at a pace that you dictate.
