Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor with a Master’s degree in Counseling from St Mary’s University of Minnesota. I primarily work with adolescents and young adults navigating anxiety, depression, and neurodivergent experiences including ADHD and autism. I also have specialized experience supporting athletes and individuals looking to strengthen sports related mental skills such as focus, confidence, and performance mindset.

My goal is to create a supportive and practical space where clients feel understood while building tools they can actually use in daily life. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or looking to better understand yourself, we will work together to help you move forward in a way that feels realistic and empowering.

My approach to therapy

My approach is strengths based and collaborative. I believe you already have valuable skills and resilience, and therapy is about using those strengths as a foundation for navigating new challenges and growth.

I tailor sessions to each client’s needs, combining practical coping strategies with deeper self understanding so you leave therapy with both insight and tools you can apply outside the session.

What you can expect from me

Let’s be honest, starting therapy can feel intimidating and nobody loves long, drawn out question sessions. In our first meeting, my focus is on meeting you where you are and helping you feel comfortable.

I will ask some questions to understand your story, what brought you in, and what you hope to change or improve. Together, we will begin shaping goals that align with who you are and what matters most to you, while also getting to know each other and making sure the fit feels right.
