Great to meet you!

It takes courage to face tough things in life, to ask for help, and to take action towards growth. I am passionate about supporting people and providing a confidential space to talk. My counseling style is collaborative, direct, and compassionate so that you can be authentic, feel heard, overcome obstacles and discover your strengths. It is my goal to provide a trusting place where you can fully be yourself and share openly, without fear of judgment or negative impact on personal relationships.

My approach to therapy

There are no two people exactly alike. I believe everyone is unique, valuable, and amazing, just by being who you are! Because of that, there is no "one size fits all" type of therapy. I apply an integrative therapy approach. I apply an integrative therapy approach, utilizing various approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Solution Focused Therapy techniques, sprinkled with creativity and humor.

What you can expect from me

The best part about therapy is that it is all about you! I am committed to providing an environment that’s safe and welcoming for everyone including the LGBTQIA+ community, as well as for people of every race, age, body type, and faith tradition. Are you ready to take the next step towards meaningful change in your life? Are you ready to experience the support, hope, and positive growth that you can gain from counseling? I would love to connect and create a plan together to reach your goals.
