Great to meet you!

If you've been holding a lot for a long time, therapy can be a place where you finally exhale. I work with women and teens who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, or simply not like themselves. Whether you're navigating stress, relationship struggles, life transitions, or that constant sense of emotional overload, our work together can help you feel more grounded, supported, and clear about what comes next. Clients often describe me as compassionate, calming, and easy to talk to.

My approach to therapy

I take an approach that honors the connection between mind, body, and spirit. Together, we make space for what has been weighing on you, notice the patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools you can actually use in everyday life. I bring particular depth to anxiety, OCD, and trauma, as well as the kind of chronic stress that quietly makes it hard to feel like yourself. My goal is to help you feel more balanced, more confident, and more in control of your own life.

What you can expect from me

You don't have to have everything figured out before you start. The first session is simply a chance to share what's been on your mind and for us to get a sense of each other. I want this to feel like a place where you can show up exactly as you are and begin moving toward the version of yourself that feels most like you. If that sounds like what you're looking for, I'd love to connect.
