Great to meet you!

As a professional counselor, I believe prioritizing mental health and spirituality is key to happiness in life. Seeking help is a sign of strength and I'm glad you are here. I’ve been in the mental health field for 18 years. Many of my clients are in life transitions managing anxiety, depression, grief, academic or professional struggles. I work with people ages 13 and up from a variety of backgrounds.

My approach to therapy

I respect your values and recognize the importance of our divine creation and the power of prayer. Our thoughts impact how we feel and what we do about it, which I address through Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). Building a relationship with each other is important and I know your time is important so I work with you to be solution focused to feel your best.

What you can expect from me

As a member of a multi-racial adoptive family, I understand the biases and challenges that exist. I strive to create a warm, open, collaborative environment. Together we will define your goals and what areas of your life you would like to see improvement. While the past impacts who you are today, focusing on the present allows people to grow and positively shape their futures.
