Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health who provides compassionate, evidence-based therapy for individuals (17+), couples and families navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, and stress. My goal is to help clients build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.

My approach to therapy

I believe that therapy is most effective when clients feel safe, understood, and genuinely supported. My approach is collaborative, meeting you where you are while helping you identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck and developing practical tools to create lasting change. I primarily use evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and trauma-informed care, tailoring treatment to your unique needs and goals. For clients who desire it, I also integrate Christian faith into therapy, helping them align evidence-based mental health practices with their spiritual beliefs.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we'll spend time getting to know each other so I can understand what's bringing you to therapy and what you're hoping to get out of it. This is a relaxed, judgment-free conversation, there's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. Together, we'll start identifying goals that feel meaningful to you, whether that's managing anxiety, working through a difficult transition, or building healthier relationships. By the end, you'll have a clearer sense of how we'll work together moving forward
