Great to meet you!
You’ve learned how to function under pressure. To stay capable, composed, and reliable, even when you’re exhausted or overwhelmed inside. What others may see as strength is often the result of years spent coping rather than being supported. If you’re feeling burned out, anxious, or disconnected from yourself despite doing everything “right,” therapy can be a space to step out of survival mode, understand what you’ve been carrying, and begin reconnecting with yourself in a way that feels sustainable. Many people arrive in therapy not because they’re falling apart, but because they’re tired of holding everything together.
My approach is eclectic and trauma-informed, grounded in clinical training from NCAT and lived experience within today’s social and cultural pressures. My work centers on honest reflection and practical tools that support meaningful, lasting change; not just short-term relief.
