Great to meet you!

Deciding to come to therapy is a momentous decision and takes courage. My passion is for individual psychotherapy with adults. People come to work with me on depression, anxiety, grief/loss, life transitions and relationship concerns. I have expertise in each of these problems and feel that it is an honor to be invited to accompany my patients for this part of their journey. I am a licenced clinical social worker with 30plus years of experience.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative and I work hard to create a supportive, accepting space where people can feel heard, valued, and empowered. Using a range of therapeutic techniques I strive to offer a highly personalized approach tailored to individual needs.

What you can expect from me

I offer a range of evidence-based treatments, from brief therapy for specific issues to longer-term psychotherapy for patients seeking insight and clarity into their lives and sense of self.
