I have over 13 years of clinical experience. I enjoy working with older adolescents, young adults and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety, panic, depression, women's issues and LGBTQ issues.
My approach is gentle, non-judgemental and warm. I take an eclectic approach borrowing from motivational interviewing, person centered therapy and CBT.
I work with clients to develop a positive sense of self. It is important to me that clients are able to learn skills to utilize in the future during distressing moments.
