Great to meet you!

I have thirteen years of experience as a mental health therapist and seven in private practice. What I love most about my work is the privilege of being invited into someone else’s journey of healing. I know it takes courage to share your experiences with someone you’ve just met, and I don’t take that lightly. My hope is to create a safe space where we can build trust, get to know each other, and find encouragement as you explore your story and consider where change may be needed.

My approach to therapy

When I meet with clients, I aim to be warm, curious, and engaging as we explore together what brings you to therapy and what you are hoping to change. Over time, we’ll work collaboratively to develop treatment goals and steps toward reaching them.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect me to ask some general questions about yourself, what brings you to therapy at this point in your life, and what you hope to accomplish in our work together. We’ll also talk about what to expect in follow up sessions, make a plan for moving forward, and leave time for you to ask any questions you may have about me or the process.
