I am licensed in Texas with a combined 8 years in the school setting and private practice. I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and I have worked with a very diverse set of clients. I have worked with clients from relationship issues, self esteem, boosting confidence, eating disorders, family issues, anxiety, grief, loss.

My approach to therapy

I utilize solution focused therapy as my go to approach but I have also worked with other modalities such as EMDR, DBT, CBT, ACT.

I create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Most clients have expressed they didn't think it would be as easy to open up as it is. I pride myself on being a nonjudgmental ear that helps to empower you to make whatever changes might be necessary for your own growth.
