Great to meet you!

I’m Joyce, a Licensed Professional Counselor and board-approved supervisor with over a decade of experience in the mental health field. My clinical style is warm, supportive, direct, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Whether you're seeking a space to process your emotions, address long-standing patterns, or make meaningful changes, I’m here to walk alongside you.

My approach to therapy

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with over a decade of experience helping individuals navigate life’s most challenging moments. Since earning my supervisory license in 2023, I’ve also had the privilege of supporting other clinicians in their professional growth.

My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe, compassionate space where you can explore what’s holding you back from a more fulfilling life. Whether you're experiencing a mental health crisis or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to help you process your concerns and begin moving forward.

I specialize in working with trauma, mood disorders (such as anxiety and depression), and complex family dynamics. My goal is to meet you where you are, support you without judgment, and work together to create meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to leave sessions feeling heard, supported, and equipped with tools to better understand themselves and their experiences. Together, we work to identify patterns, process difficult emotions, and build healthier ways of coping. Over time, many clients find they’re better able to manage stress, improve relationships, and move toward a more balanced, meaningful life. Therapy with me is a collaborative process—my goal is to empower you with insight, skills, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges.
