Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with an M.A. in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the George Washington University in Washington, D.C. I am licensed in both Maryland and Texas.

My approach to therapy

I subscribe to the philosophy that our thoughts can contribute to maladaptive behaviors and how we shape our stories can lead to healing. I utilize an eclectic mix of techniques for therapy that wholistically regard your individual functioning and the greater systems that shape us. I follow a client-centered, strength-based approach, capitalizing on the strengths and resources you already possess.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we will engage in rapport building so I can better understand you and your world, your strengths and priorities, and how we can work together to address the challenges you are experiencing.
