Great to meet you!

I’m a bilingual (English and Spanish) Clinician experienced in working with children, adolescents, and adults struggling with anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, relationship/family of origin issues, grief and loss, issues related to the immigrant experience, life transitions, childhood-related disorders, domestic violence, psychological trauma, and depression. I am committed to providing a compassionate, trusted therapeutic environment and evidence-based support designed to meet you exactly where you are.

My approach to therapy

I utilize various evidence-based therapeutic approaches tailored to the client’s age and challenges, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and other Behavioral Interventions. I am a certified grief counselor for children and adolescents.

What you can expect from me

You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free space where you can breathe, slow down, and be yourself. During our first session, my goal is to truly understand what brings you in and what you hope to gain from counseling. We will discuss your concerns, strengths, and any immediate support that you may need. I will walk you through what therapy looks like with me and collaborate on a plan that feels realistic and empowering.
