Great to meet you!

I am a compassionate and dedicated behavioral health professional committed to providing high-

quality, client-centered care in a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment. My clinical

experience spans a wide range of behavioral health settings, where I have worked with

individuals facing mental health challenges, trauma, substance use disorders, crisis situations,

and co-occurring conditions.

I believe that therapy is most effective when it is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in

genuine human connection. My role is not to judge or direct, but to partner with clients in

identifying their strengths, overcoming challenges, and achieving meaningful personal goals. I

strive to meet each person where they are, respecting their unique experiences, values, and pace

of change.

Above all, clients should know that they can expect empathy, authenticity, professionalism, and

unwavering support throughout their therapeutic journey. My goal is to help individuals build

resilience, foster self-awareness, and create lasting positive change while feeling heard, valued,

and empowered every step of the way.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and evidence-based practices

that foster healing, resilience, and personal growth. With extensive experience in behavioral

health services, I work with individuals facing a wide range of mental health challenges,

including trauma, crisis situations, substance use disorders, and co-occurring (dual diagnosis)

conditions.

I believe that every individual possesses unique strengths and the capacity for change. Through a

caring, client-centered therapeutic relationship, I collaborate with clients to identify their goals,

build practical skills, and cultivate meaningful, sustainable improvements in their lives. My

approach emphasizes empathy, cultural sensitivity, and individualized treatment that honors each

person's experiences, values, and path toward wellness.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive, and judgment-free

environment where they are encouraged to share their concerns, goals, and experiences at a pace

that feels comfortable for them. My priority is to establish a strong therapeutic relationship built

on trust, respect, and collaboration.

We will discuss your personal history, current concerns, mental health and wellness goals, and

any previous treatment experiences. For individuals facing crises, trauma-related concerns,

substance use issues, or co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, I utilize a

compassionate, client-centered approach that emphasizes safety, stability, and practical support.

Together, we will begin identifying goals for treatment and developing a plan tailored to your

needs. My approach is collaborative and strength-based, helping clients recognize their resilience

while building effective coping strategies and skills to promote healing, recovery, and long-term

well-being.

Above all, clients can expect to be treated with empathy, dignity, and respect while receiving

professional support in a caring and therapeutic environment.
