Great to meet you!

I started my work in the world of emotional wellness as a birth doula, postpartum doula, and newborn care specialist. This work prepared me to support folks through true complexity and rich learning. As life expands and contracts, brings struggles and celebrations, finds strength and questions, and varying experiences of emotional wellness, I feel honored to spend time supporting and holding space for all aspects of life’s journey.

My approach to therapy

I work with day-to-day anxieties, grief, overwhelm, major life transitions, and everything in between. My approach is based in the knowing that your are the expert of you. I'm not an authority on your life, instead, I see myself as a guide toward change using modalities including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness, Person-Centered, and Internal Family Systems.

What you can expect from me

You can come to me and trust that you will have an approachable, authentic therapist who believes you and wants to listen.
