Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Mental Health Professional with a Master’s degree in Social Work, and I bring a compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed approach to my work with clients. I believe that healing happens within safe, respectful relationships, and I strive to create a therapeutic space where people feel heard, understood, and supported without judgment.

My clinical work focuses on supporting individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, adjustment concerns, trauma and PTSD, co-occurring mental health and substance use challenges, and grief and loss. I have extensive experience working with individuals in crisis and those navigating major life transitions, identity development, relationship stress, and recovery.

I work with children, adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults across the lifespan (ages 7 and up), and I have a special interest in working with LGBTQ+ individuals and members of Tribal Nations. I am committed to culturally responsive and strengths-based care that honors each person’s background, values, and lived experiences.

My approach to therapy

My style is warm, practical, and collaborative. I view therapy as a partnership, where we work together to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward meaningful, sustainable change. Whether you are seeking support for a specific challenge or simply want a space to better understand yourself, I aim to meet you where you are and walk alongside you on your path toward healing and growth.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. I’ll invite you to share what you’re currently struggling with, what you’re hoping to get out of therapy, and any past experiences with counseling that may be helpful for me to know.

We’ll spend time exploring your concerns, your strengths, and what feels most important for you right now. I may ask some gentle questions about your background, current stressors, and emotional well-being, but you are always in control of what you choose to share.

Together, we’ll begin to clarify your goals and talk about how therapy can support you. By the end of the session, you can expect to have a better sense of how I work, what our collaboration might look like, and whether I feel like a good fit for you. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, respected, and a bit more grounded and hopeful than when you arrived.
