Great to meet you!

Im a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based care tailored to each client’s unique needs. I completed my undergraduate nursing degree at Howard University and my graduate degree at George Mason University.

My professional background includes experience in critical care, pain management, and behavioral health, which has given me a well-rounded understanding of how physical and mental health are deeply connected. I have worked with individuals experiencing major depression, generalized anxiety, ADD/ADHD, and PTSD, supporting clients through a variety of life challenges and transitions.

I strive to create a supportive, judgment-free space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered in their treatment journey. My approach focuses on collaboration, education, and practical strategies that help clients improve their overall well-being and quality of life.

My approach to therapy

My approach to providing care is patient-centered and holistic, with a strong emphasis on medication management when clinically appropriate. I focus on each individual’s unique physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs to promote comprehensive well-being. I believe effective treatment involves collaboration, education, and personalized care plans that support both symptom relief and long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

Patients often leave with a sense of resolve and greater insight, feeling more empowered to navigate their challenges and take meaningful steps toward healing
