Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist offering individual telehealth therapy to adults in Maine and Colorado. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, overwhelming stress, relationship challenges, work–life balance concerns, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for supporting young adults, individuals navigating maternal mental health concerns, and parents at various stages of their journey.

My practice is focused on helping clients find clarity, relief, and a path forward when they feel stuck, uncertain, or overwhelmed. I strive to create a supportive and collaborative therapeutic experience that honors each client’s unique background, goals, and life circumstances.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is direct yet compassionate, grounded in trust, collaboration, and authenticity. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore the root causes of their challenges and better understand patterns that may be contributing to distress.

I believe therapy should feel both stabilizing and human. Along with thoughtful reflection and emotional support, I bring warmth and an appropriate sense of humor into sessions to help clients feel at ease. Together, we work toward increased self-awareness, emotional balance, and meaningful change.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a welcoming, supportive environment where they feel heard and respected. We will spend time discussing what brought you to therapy, what you’re currently struggling with, and what you hope to gain from our work together.

The initial session is focused on building rapport, identifying immediate concerns, and beginning to clarify goals for therapy. My aim is for clients to leave feeling understood, supported, and more hopeful about the path forward.
