Great to meet you!

Watching someone who has been carrying so much for so long finally start to put it down is what I show up for everyday. Seeing the moment they stop bracing and start breathing. Maybe you've been in therapy before. Maybe you've done a lot of work on yourself. You understand your patterns, you know where they come from, and you've built a toolkit of strategies to manage the hard moments. You still find yourself stuck in the same cycles. Still feeling anxious, overwhelmed, or like you're running on empty. Still putting on a brave face while something underneath quietly pulls at you. I want to help you find deeper healing.

I got into this work because I've seen what real healing looks like. And I've seen what it looks like when it doesn't happen. Across every setting I've worked in, jails, inpatient hospitals, clinics, group practices, I kept meeting people who were trying so hard. Showing up, doing the work, and still feeling stuck. That stayed with me.

My approach to therapy

It's part of why I'm so drawn to EMDR, parts work, and somatic therapy. Not just as a clinician, but as someone who has done this work myself. I know what it feels like to understand something about yourself and still not feel any different. I also know what it feels like when something finally shifts, when the body starts to release what it's been holding onto for years.

That's what I want for the people I work with.

Watching someone who has spent years just surviving start to actually live. Seeing them feel lighter, more like themselves. Knowing that one person's healing ripples out into everything around them.

What you can expect from me

The first session is flexible and guided by your needs. For many, it’s a time for us to get to know one another, while others prefer to dive right in. Either way, you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and a non-judgment. If you're ready to try a different way through, I'd love to connect. Reaching out doesn't have to mean committing to anything. It just means starting a conversation.
