Great to meet you!

I bring over 20 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families, supporting clients ages 5 and up across a range of settings including outpatient care, adolescent dual-diagnosis day treatment, and adult residential treatment.

My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move forward with clarity, support, and realistic tools for change.

My approach to therapy

I see therapy as a collaborative process. You are the expert on your life, and I’m here to help guide and support you as you work toward feeling better. Many clients describe my role as helping them “navigate the path” while they remain in control of the direction we take.

Together, we focus on identifying what’s getting in the way, building on your strengths, and finding solutions that feel workable and meaningful for your life.

What you can expect from me

The first session is a time for me to get to know you and understand what’s bringing you to therapy. We’ll talk about your background, current concerns, and what you’d like to see change, all at a pace that feels comfortable.

My goal is for you to leave the first session feeling understood and supported. Many clients also walk away with a few small tools or strategies they can begin using right away as we continue building our work together.
