Great to meet you!

I am social worker by heart, from childhood people would just share with me. Throughout my career I have assisted individuals with various issues affecting them including trauma, PTSD, depression, anxiety, family/marital issues, mental health, substance abuse/addiction issues, and LGBT needs. I provide individual, family, marital therapy and would love to work with you. I would love to help you through this difficult time in your life and help you find and meet your goals.

My approach to therapy

I utilized a variety of approaches depending on client's need. I am a very open minded, non judgmental individual and know that each individual is seeking to fulfill themselves.
