Great to meet you!
My personal journey as a therapist began from having my own frustrations and failures in relationships. I knew communication in relationships was important but didn't have the skills I needed to share about my internal world to connect more deeply with my loved ones. Through education and my own attendance in personal therapy, I have experienced the benefits of the therapy process.
This has allowed me to successfully work with clients seeking to improve their relationships with themselves and others.
I earned my M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from Wheaton College. I have worked in private practice since 2018 with a variety of clients. I have been trained as an EFT (Emotionally Focused Therapist) and have found this modality helpful in my work with individuals and couples.
Outside of work you can find me playing with my two young boys, gardening or enjoying nature with my family and friends.
