Great to meet you!

I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. I am also an assistant professor of Marriage and Family Therapy and a clinical supervisor.

My approach to therapy

I work from a strengths-based perspective that incorporates cultural humility and compassion. I am interested in knowing the person I have in front of me beyond the problem that person is struggling with. I prioritize working hard to help my clients reach their goals according to their true selves and potentialities.

What you can expect from me

I believe that my education (I have a Ph.D. in Medical Family Therapy from a COAMFTE-accredited program, which is the highest accreditation for an MFT program), my profound sense of compassion, and my experience working with individuals from different cultural backgrounds equip me to serve you in a highly committed way.
