I utilize a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), mindfulness, and solution-focused treatment to help you achieve your goals. There is certainly value in specific interventions, techniques, and modalities, but the research is showing more and more that the progress that comes from therapy happens because of the relationship between the client and therapist.
