Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adults navigating life transitions, identity shifts, trauma, neurodivergence (especially ADHD), and grief that accompanies outgrowing old versions of yourself. My approach is both deeply compassionate and gently confronting. I’m not here to fix you, but to help you rewire what’s been keeping you stuck. I bring a background shaped by coast-to-coast community work, clinical experience, and my own multicultural heritage, tying the warmth of Hispanic cultural hospitality with the clarity of grounded truth-telling. My work is rooted in belonging, advocacy, and the creative process.

My approach to therapy

In our work together, we’ll use creative expression, metaphor, and symbol as doorways into your story, not just to understand your past, but to ignite new ways of seeing, choosing, and becoming. I practice from a feminist relational lens, with cultural humility at the core of everything I do.

Untangling old patterns, navigating a neurodivergent identity, or reclaiming your voice in systems that never truly fit, this is a space where you don’t have to shrink. You get to reimagine. If you’re ready to start shifting from survival to momentum, I’d be honored to walk with you. Currently offering online therapy for residents of Minnesota.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, I will share about how I approach therapy, respond to any questions you may have, and I open the door to learning more about you. I see the first session as an opportunity to begin the process of developing our relationship. I ensure you are provided the majority of the time to share about the concerns, challenges, and difficulties that have brought you to seeking support.
