I received my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health from Antioch University, New England in 2013 and am dually licensed in NH as a Drug and Alcohol Counselor and as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I worked for 6 years as a clinician at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester (MHCGM) in the Child & Adolescent department. While working at MHCGM, I became trained in evidenced-based practices that focused on trauma and family work, such as Child and Parent Psychotherapy and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a collaborative, supportive space where you should feel heard, understood and empowered to create meaningful change. My approach is warm, compassionate and individualized, recognizing that every person's experiences, relatiosnhips, challenge and goals are unique.

What you can expect from me

Building rapport and relationship and gaining a better understanding for their reason coming into counseling. My goal is to have clients leaving connected and open to participating in therapy
