Great to meet you!

With 17 years of experience in the mental health field, I’ve worked across diverse settings and populations, including adolescents, young adults, and geriatric patients. Today, I work primarily with adolescent girls and women who are navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of self-worth.

My approach to therapy

My approach integrates psychodynamic therapy, CBT, and DBT. That means we don’t just manage symptoms — we explore where patterns began, how they’re reinforced, and how to change them. I use structured tools when helpful, but I also believe insight and self-understanding are powerful agents of growth.

Therapy with me is collaborative and engaged. I’ll challenge you when needed, support you consistently, and create a space where difficult conversations are welcome. You bring your lived experience. I bring clinical expertise, curiosity, and a commitment to helping you move toward a more grounded, aligned version of yourself.

What you can expect from me

I’m a therapist who believes meaningful change requires honesty, insight, and courage. My style is direct but warm — I won’t simply nod along. I help clients slow down, examine patterns, and understand the deeper forces shaping their thoughts, emotions, and relationships.
