Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Julie. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), with a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology. You will find my therapeutic approach is Collaborative, person-centered, and supportive. My process is to walk with patients through the unfolding challenges of life, and along the way to discover the values, virtues, and moral commitments that make us truly human.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-focused, affirming and non-judgmental. I am trained in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Solution-focused Brief Therapy (SBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Work focuses primarily on helping individuals and families to navigate relationship and communication challenges and life/work transitions.
