Great to meet you!

Finding a therapist to help you to make progress with your goals can feel daunting. I want to put you at ease and walk with you as you pursue change. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor who loves to help clients to discover what may have them feeling stuck or overwhelmed and collaborate with them to make progress.

My approach to therapy

I'm extensively trained in DBT and will work to help you with practical tools to deal with stress, anxiety, tough life transitions or relationship problems. I want to help you to fully understand yourself and the problems that bring you to therapy and we will work towards creative solutions. I know for some clients spirituality is a core value and am open to including that in therapy.

What you can expect from me

My goal is to fully understand your story and to empower you to overcome the difficult challenges you are facing. My availability on the Headway calendar reflects current availability for initial consults. My actual availability for appointments is likely to be more open and varied.
