Great to meet you!

When was the last time you felt truly heard? Life can feel as though you're stuck in a maze without a map or sense of purpose. You may feel broken, alone, or depressed, but you're not. I've successfully helped clients work through challenges, learn effective coping skills, and view life in a realistic, positive way. I've helped clients with chronic illness maximize their quality of life. We'll set up a plan that meets your current needs, then empower you to reach your goals, together.

My approach to therapy

I build my practice around the concept that life doesn’t have to narrow or worsen after a trauma, challenge, loss, or illness. Personal relationships and everyday tasks that once felt tedious and mandatory can all deepen in meaning when viewed in a different light. Goals that seem impossible now may just need guidance and a creative approach.

What you can expect from me

As someone in recovery and with a chronic illness myself, I've not just helped others. I've worked hard to increase my quality of life and grow, with the support of others. I can help you, because I've been in your shoes and I know what works. Please, don't hesitate to reach out and get in touch. I offer free initial consultations and telehealth.
