Great to meet you!

I'm Julie Cicileo is an LCSW with over 30 years experience counseling couples with relationship and addiction issues. I help clients learn to manage difficult emotions such as anger and frustration. I guide and support couples who want to improve communication and cope more effectively with disagreements before they turn into resentments.

My approach to therapy

I like to use a variety of approaches including Gottman techniques. I tend to be very interactive with clients. I ask questions to challenge self defeating thoughts and behaviors and explore core beliefs. I listen carefully and pay close attention to tone, expression, body language to help couples improve communication.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to gain valuable insights and skills that they can start to use in their first session.
