With extensive experience supporting adults with ADHD and autism, including college students, I understand the unique challenges and strengths of neurodiverse clients. I also provide compassionate care for those navigating anxiety, depression, career transitions, relationship concerns, and parenting challenges. I am an LGBTQIA+ affirming professional.

I take a person-centered approach to counseling, recognizing that every individual has unique strengths and the ability to achieve their goals. My role is to provide guidance and support as clients move forward in a positive, meaningful direction. I work collaboratively, using a strengths-based framework tailored to each person’s needs, fostering resilience, growth, and empowerment.
