Great to meet you!

If you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, grief, relationship challenges, family conflict, or life transitions, you're not alone. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from loved ones, or unsure how to move forward. Others are navigating communication struggles, changes in important relationships, women's issues, or difficult life circumstances that leave them feeling overwhelmed and unsupported.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with 8 years of experience, I provide a supportive, collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and respected. My goal is to help you identify what's contributing to your challenges, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools that support healing, healthier relationships, and meaningful personal growth.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical, and focused on helping you create meaningful change. No two people or families experience challenges in exactly the same way, so I take time to understand your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. Together, we'll identify what's working, what may be keeping you stuck, and what steps can help you move forward.

My approach draws from evidence-based practices including Solution-Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and family systems perspectives. Whether you're working through anxiety, grief, relationship concerns, family conflict, women's issues, or major life transitions, we'll focus on realistic strategies that support lasting growth and well-being.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin building a foundation of trust. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, the challenges you're facing, and what you hope to gain from the counseling process. My goal is to create a welcoming environment where you feel comfortable being yourself and sharing openly.

As we work together, you can expect compassion, collaboration, and practical support. We'll identify patterns that may be contributing to your challenges, build on your existing strengths, and create a plan that feels realistic and meaningful. My hope is that therapy helps you feel more confident, connected, and empowered to move toward the life and relationships you want.
