Great to meet you!

I have been in private practice for over 22 years. I work with my clients to resolve past issues and work towards their present and future goals. I use a variety of skills to provide the best treatment for each client, including cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, hypnosis and strength based. I provide individual, couples and family therapy.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I listen to my clients to figure out what their goals are, then we come up with a plan together to achieve those goals. I understand everyone is different and may need different approaches or modalities. I offer in person, virtual, play, phone and walk and talk sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

I create a non-judgmental open warm environment. I cater to my clients needs.
