I help support you working through many different mental health concerns. If you've ever questioned if something was supposed to feel differently, you're in the right place! I am passionate about perinatal mental health and have experiences with postpartum depression and anxiety, birth trauma, grief, and loss. I'm an LICSW and believe strongly in the dignity and worth of every person.
