Great to meet you!

As a clinical counselor for over twenty years, I have worked with clients from a variety of backgrounds, culture, and ages, including children, youth and adults. I have experience treating mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, grief, and family issues to name a few. When I am not counseling, I enjoy spending time baking or hanging out with my husband and two dogs, Tucker and Hazel.

My approach to therapy

My style of therapy is very relational as the therapist-client relationship is central to success. I am very client centered and match techniques and styles to best help my clients accomplish their individual goals. I tend to be trauma focused and work with clients to learn ways to keep emotional and behavioral issues from interfering with their daily lives.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to take away new skills sets, different viewpoints, challenges to unhealthy ways of coping and relating, validation, and acceptance.
