Great to meet you!

I have recently added additional days to my availability. You’re the one everyone relies on—but lately, it feels like too much. You’re managing a demanding career, navigating ongoing health concerns or chronic pain, or facing the emotional weight of infertility. From the outside, it may look like you’re holding everything together, but inside you feel overwhelmed, exhausted, and alone in what you’re carrying.

I work with high-performing individuals who are used to pushing through—whether that’s at work, in their relationships, or through complex medical experiences—but are now feeling burned out, anxious, or disconnected. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what’s happening, and create space for you to feel supported, understood, and more like yourself again.

Clients often leave sessions feeling clearer, more grounded, and better equipped to navigate both the emotional and practical challenges of work, health, and life.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting individuals coping with infertility, chronic illness or pain, burnout, and anxiety. These experiences can take a toll not just physically, but emotionally—impacting identity, relationships, and your sense of control. My approach is supportive, direct, and practical. I help you process the emotional weight of what you’re going through while also building tools to manage stress, set boundaries, and care for yourself in sustainable ways.

We’ll work together to understand patterns, strengthen coping strategies, and help you feel more grounded and empowered—even in the midst of uncertainty.

What you can expect from me

In our first few sessions, we’ll begin creating a space where you can exhale. We’ll identify what’s been weighing on you—whether it’s workplace stress, the isolation of infertility, or the daily impact of chronic pain—and start building tools to help you feel more balanced and supported.

I care deeply about this work and about helping you find steadiness during difficult seasons. You don’t have to navigate this alone. If you’re ready to take the next step, I’m here to support you.
