Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience working with people from various walks of life. I treat depression, anxiety, symptoms of trauma, and grief. I’ve witnessed growth and forward movement by using Insight Therapy along with Somatic Therapies. I am trained in EMDR, Hakomi Method, Focusing, Family Systems, Polyvagal Theory and Narrative Therapies.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is a commitment to yourself, a belief that you can move forward in difficult, confusing, or even tragic situations. When you enter therapy, you are engaging in a positive belief in your ability to create meaning and find new pathways forward from trauma, confusion, or tragedy. Therapy is a process where you can heal old and new wounds, discover your boundaries, remember strengths, find buried wonderful parts of yourself, and create different experiences that support your life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to leave each session with new insights and ideas for a way forward.
