Great to meet you!

Most of my clients are young adults from 18-29 who wrestle with anxiety, adulthood struggles, people-pleasing and setting boundaries at work and in relationships. I create a judge-free zone to work on you and celebrate your wins.

You're not here because life is great. I'm glad you reached out! It can help to talk to someone who is not a friend or family member. You can make progress when someone has your back.

You're spending your hard-earned time and money. You need a therapist who is a great fit — whether it's me or I help you find someone else. I look forward to meeting you!

My approach to therapy

I like to help the young adults I meet with see how they are making progress each week, even if the progress is a small baby step. Gaining insights into your life can help. But you don't want to stay in therapy forever, so I try to make every session actionable so you have wins to report every time we meet.

What you can expect from me

You've got someone who is in your corner and on your team. I don't talk at you but with you. We'll have a few laughs but we'll also find out how you want to make progress and together create doable steps to get there!
